We are excited to be making progress with our new Build-to-Rent scheme in Milton Keynes with demolition of the existing vacant office block, Bowback House, now underway.
HG Living is developing the £80m Build-to-Rent scheme on behalf of the Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC). HG Construction is the main contractor on the scheme, which is due to complete in Q3 2024.
The centrally located scheme will comprise 306 new energy efficient, high quality residential apartments, 43 of which will be affordable housing. We are targeting a 4* Homes Quality Mark rating, a minimum gold WiredScore rating and all apartments to achieve a minimum EPC rating of ‘B’. Amenities will include a 24-hour concierge, residents’ lounge, gym, fitness studio, sky lounge and multi-use games room.
